all items rented will be in working order or refund will be issued, renter of items will take full responsibility for proper use of machine if negligence to operation of machine results in damages renter will be subjected to repair cost. Proper ppe for operation will be issued with rental and required to use. renter will take full responsibility for negligence to operator, machine, and bystanders near equipment. must be 18 years old or older to rent machines.
